but now I'm speechless. Since we love coffee, we visited on our holiday different roasters Pomerania and Stralsund. With you, we wanted to come, but they have not opened. That you do not stop at character assassination is unprecedented. establish a claim someone guests fooled by complementing a name with roasting and he only makes "for guests to lure" against us only. Your coffee, we will not buy. Because we can confirm that in Putgarten not only a roasting machine is, but also excellent coffee is roasted. How to be so wicked is beyond me. Whether you can maintain a business with such methods is also rather questionable. I wonder what your designated business partners think about what you are behaving like this. If I now but deeper reading their reviews, so you have the roastery at all so just bought, not built themselves. And the ratings as you chat with guests confirmed my new impression of you. I will keep an eye on you and as soon as you have opened and our time allows we will come in.

"We get your money either way ..." - I was shocked by this statement to a customer. I wanted to buy a few packages of coffee in the packaging on which it says "Greetings from Rügen". "We do not sell them to you, they are only for our dealers," I was briefly cleared by a lady who obviously did not have the courtesy in the cradle, even though exactly these coffee packaging was displayed in the sales room. She acknowledged that we would not be doing business with the words I mentioned at the beginning, because she thought I would buy from one of her dealers. That's exactly what I didn't do anymore. You don't get my money either way - even if you can rip off many of your customers in this way. Hence zero stars - unfortunately not possible ...

Latte macchiato is like milk with a little color. Expensive and not recommended.

The friendliest coffee in the north. Not only is the coffee excellent but the waffles are delicious too. Super friendly and competent staff!

Unfriendly, not recommended ... If you do not feel like going to work you can do it too! The roasting does not seem to exist anymore ... On the farm plan indicated place is empty, a great pity!

Very nice little café, with delicious home-roasted coffee. We took the coffee right at home. The cake was also delicious, but was only one piece, alternatively there were cookies or waffles.

Espresso tasted good. The service (owner!) Is very rude and annoyed when customers ask for the roast or the opening time. At 2.00 € for the espresso an absurdity. So in the future I'd rather have an ordinary coffee in a friendly atmosphere next door.

No star at all. Went on school trip and wanted to buy cake because we wanted to sell us (28 people) nothing because there would be nothing else for the other guests would possibly come. With us one would have had a safe profit but we were literally thrown out. The conditions were the very last. If you want to eat somewhere comfortable, then you make a big bow around this store.

Neighboring dealers shrug their shoulders and don't know anything. 04.09.2018 - Addendum to the owner's answer: 9 months ago you wrote under another review: "We will try to better communicate this downtime at the shop door and / or on the Internet in the future." You have apparently not implemented that until today.

I would have liked to try and buy something, but the owner does not seem to need any money. Was in my 14 days summer vacation several times in front of locked door. I tried it again in the fall. But even now the shop was closed. Pity
